The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

Guillemins Station | Bright studio with balcony

Studio de 30m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové fin 2021 avec balcon. Nous l’avons pensé comme nous souhaiterions être reçus 😉 Café, thé, biscuit…et même une petite bière à l’occasion ! Il se situe au 2étage d'une maison située à 2min à pieds de la gare des Guillemins (idéal si vous venez en train!) où vous pourrez profiter d'une véritable vie de quartier tout en étant proche de tous les transports et du centre-ville.
