It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. Newly built, accessible vacation home of 60 m² with a large kitchen-living room, terrace, bedroom, children's room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good. The outdoor area is still under construction.

Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

This 137 m² accommodation has been rented by us as a holiday apartment since 2014. It features two floors: Ground floor: hallway, bath (shower), kitchen, living room, and 1 bedroom with a king-size. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with a king-size, a queen-size, and a single bed. Outside there are parking spaces, a seating area with a grill, and bicycle storage. In front of the house flows the Diemel River with a view of Warburg’s historic cityscape. Quiet yet central location – perfect for relaxing.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

Sit back and relax, turn on the fireplace on cold days or swing on your bike, go canoeing, explore the Reinhardswald, or throw the barbecue on. The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. (Dogs are allowed there) Or maybe historical? The Trendelburg, the Sababurg or the local museum offer a lot of information. Also worth seeing is Hofgeismar, about 10 km away...

The holiday apartment "Fewo 2 - Osterberg" is located in Liebenau and is a great choice for a relaxing stay. The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 8 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Individually furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of our beautiful half-timbered house. Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.
