Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

A spacious great room features a large dining table surrounded by white chairs, complemented by a cozy gas fireplace and a comfortable blue sectional couch. Light fixtures made of woven material hang from the ceiling, enhancing the airy atmosphere. Large windows bring in abundant natural light.

We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book; booker must also stay. Do not book this for your kids. Owner managed with attention to detail.
