Warm and cosy in the winter months with an open log fire and light and airy in the summer months with a lovely courtyard garden. Parking is free for 1 car and pets are welcome. A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

A lovely bright seaside house, 200m from the beach and Hove lawns. On a quiet, friendly street a very short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 10 mins walk along the seafront to the West Pier, Brighton Centre & i360. The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny flint walled garden. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, lots of choices of where to eat. Walks to enjoy - nearby is the sea, forest, vineyards, Downs or riverside. London 2 hours by car, 90 mins by train.
