A very centrally located single apartment of approx. 55 square meters, with a separate entrance. The apartment has two lockable bedrooms with electric external blinds, an open kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a bathroom. The kitchen with induction stove is fully equipped. Ideal for cooking, living and relaxing. There is also a terrace at ground level from the living room. Parking is available directly in the private parking lot in front of the entrance. There are also parking spots along the street.

RheinBerg Quartier
The RheinBerg Quarter is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Odenthal district of Glöbusch. The place is about 20 km from the metropolis of Cologne and is at the same time the gateway to the Bergisches Land with its excellent local recreational opportunities. Our accommodation is inspiring with its amenities and countless possibilities in the surrounding area (trade fair visits, Naturarena Bergisches Land, cultural activities). It is good for business travelers, solo travelers and groups of two people.

A bright, comfortable 4th-floor attic filled with original art by your host. Entire private floor with cozy sleeping area and small bath with separate shower. Just 5 minutes by foot to Opladen train station and 16 minutes by train to Cologne (Köln Hbf). Cafés and shops nearby by foot. Note: There is no kitchen, which makes the space perfect for short stays. A microwave is available in the room. The stairwell is shared with other apartments, the entire attic floor is private for your stay.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne
You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

My place is close to Cologne (about 20 km) - at the gates of the Bergisches Land. The property can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40 minutes with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

Freestanding solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and small garden with terrace and barbecue, renovated in December 2016 / January 2017. Bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out couch as an additional bed for max. 2 people. As a welcome gift you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

This beautiful apartment located in the center of Leverkusen, is just a few mintues walking to Rathaus-Galerie Shopping Center and Train and Bus Station. By train you can be in Cologne Center in 15 minutes, or as well 20 minutes to Düsseldorf Center. You can also have access by Train to the Köln Messe with a direct train from the Leverkusen Mitte Train Station near the apartment in only 15 minutes.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).
