Beautifully renovated villa by the ocean located just north of downtown Encinitas in the beach community of Leucadia. Just a half block from the ocean making it a short walk to three local beaches - Grandview, Beacons, and South Carlsbad. Encinitas rated one of the Top 20 Best Surf Towns in the World by National Geographic. Enjoy a spacious, open living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and entertainment room. Large outdoor patio for dining al fresco surrounded by lush landscaping. Bedrooms have queen beds with luxurious sheets, TV, and sliding doors to the back yard, patio area. Large, designer bathroom with bathtub/shower. Also has a sleeper sofa in the main living area and adjacent beautifully designed full bath. Villa furnished with touches of Mozambique and artwork from local artists. The beaches of Leucadia are located below steep vertical cliffs which are accessible via well maintained stairways, making them relatively secluded and frequented by locals. South Carlsbad beach has restrooms, showers, and volleyball. Leucadia beaches are known for great surfing, so if you are looking for some great waves without the crowds, these beaches are a good bet. Bring your board or use boogie boards and beach chairs provided. Five minute drive to famous Moonlight Beach which has consessions, playground, restrooms with showers, and volleyball. Explore the unique flavor this artsy community has to offer with it's many little restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, and boutiques. Most within walking distance along Hwy 101. Just south is downtown Encinitas offering numerous restaurants, shops, movie theater, salons, and even a Whole Foods grocery. Lux Casita with Pickleball & Resort Amenities

White walls and French doors open up each room to create a feeling of calm throughout the home. From the designer furnishing and tasteful decor items to the tennis court and pool outside, this Casita is as spacious as it is stylish. The property is resort like, without the crowds. Play tennis, shoot hoops, lay by the pool, or stroll through the garden. Hiking and mountain bike trails are out the back door. PLEASE NOTE: price indicated is for two guests staying in the one bedroom one bath with full kitchen. Optional second bedroom, bathroom can be added for an additonal $198 per night. Our place is very private, yet close by car to many attractions. 7 miles to the beach, 20 minutes to Legoland. Hiking out the back door, you will find endless trails and great mountain biking. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private yard. Pool is available, although it is not heated. Hot tub is also available, but a $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big, and takes a lot of gas to get hot!) We live on the property, but it is very private. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. Hiking trails are just outside with the beaches, local restaurants, and boutique shops just a short drive away. Permit Number: RNTL-007165-2017 A car is needed. The City of Encinitas charges an additional 10% TOT tax which I will add to the booking after confirmation. You will receive a request for payment before your arrive and it is separate from your reservation fee. Extra person charge of $25 per night The casita is close to Del Mar race track, Legoland, beaches, hiking, and equestrian centers.

Quiet convenient residential, Leucadia location with a suite, attached to the main house. There is a bedroom, private bath, a TV / sitting room with a sofa bed and private entrance. There is a private side yard for outside dining. Close to a golf course, the beach, San Diego Botanical Gardens, Legoland, Torrey Pines State Park, Del Mar racetrack and many more Southern California attractions. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children over 12.

Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.

This charming little cottage has lots of natural light and garden views in the front pathway and backyard. It's a 2-room private guest suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out futon (slightly smaller than a queen) in the other room, which also has the kitchenette. It is attached to our house, but you have your own private side entrance and private backyard.
