The Studio On The Square

Located on The Town Square is our compact studio dating back to 1838 enjoys a southerly aspect and direct access to a private terraced patio with BBQ and original stone steps lead to the garden which has great views of Clifden Harbour. On our doorstep there are many bars, restaurants and shops. This studio is a real home from home where one can cook in the kitchen and sit by our solid fuel stove. We have a cast iron bath and an overhead electric shower where one can soak after a days touring

With beaches, mountains, cycle and walking routes within easy reach, as well as local kayaking, there's something for everyone. The house comprises of two double rooms with one ensuite. A cosy living room with a wood burning stove and a spacious kitchen/diner. Oil-fired central heating throughout. An outside area to sit and enjoy the views.

We are located just a one-minute walk from the sea and 1.5km from Tully Cross which has pubs, a shop and a church. Goirtín na gCloch is ideally situated for holiday makers looking to explore Connemara or visit the beach. The one-bedroom guesthouse, 20 metres from the family home on the same grounds, is suitable for an individual or couple and contains all modern conveniences; washer-dryer, large fridge, oven, smart TV, electrical heating, comfortable living area and electric shower.

You can walk to the sea in just under one minute while unwinding in our sauna after. There is endless walking and climbing with Connemara National Park on the doorstep. The cottage is located along the Wild Atlantic Way within easy driving distance of beautiful beaches at Letterfrack and Renvyle. Kylemore Abbey and Gardens are just across the lake outside the door which is suitable for fishing with boat hire also available

Situated just off the N59, 2 miles from Clifden town. It is the perfect location for exploring all that Connemara has to offer. Right on our doorstep guests can enjoy easy access to fishing, cycling and walking.
