Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment includes the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There is no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and bedroom to the southwest which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I myself live on the ground floor, there are no other residents.

The entrance features a set of double doors framed by rustic wooden shutters, adorned with climbing greenery. Light reflects off the stone facade, highlighting the natural tones of the building. A stone pathway leads up to the entrance, surrounded by a lush green lawn.

Independent apartment on the ground floor of an old sheepfold in the Luberon. Romantic garden and large swimming pool. A simple, yet very comfortable retreat in the countryside, only a 10 minutes walk to the village of Ménerbes (classified among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France"). Ideal for people who wish to discover the beauty and diversity of the Luberon region with all its hiking trails, perched villages, markets and art and music events. Spacious 30 m2 terrace with panoramic view towards the Luberon mountains. The suite is fully equipped with all you need including coffe/tea, bathrobes and wonderful thick towels. An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!

The Petit Mas is peacefully located 3km out of the hustle and bustle of the picturesque and lively town of Lourmarin with its many restaurants, boutique shops, a weekly Friday Provencal Market and a Farmer's Market on Tuesday evenings. Set against the mountains among vineyards and olive groves in the Luberon Natural Regional Park, it has beautiful views across the valley. The farm is a great location for walking, cycling, lazing about or exploring the rest of Provence.
