Apartment refreshed in the spring of 2024. Walking distance from the studio to sandy beaches (150 m), local shops, restaurants and the port. Ideal for a couple, the second bed is a sofa in the living room. You will enjoy breakfast on the balcony, quiet with views of the Château des Bormettes. We are making our studio available to you. We go there during our holidays and some weekends. This studio of 31m2 consists of an entrance with a single bed, a shower room and toilet, a large living room with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hobs) , a bar type dining area, a pull-out bed ( in a wardrobe ), a TV area with a small sofa bed (bed for 1 person) and a terrace of 30m2.

Cheerful apartment of 41 m2 for 4 people with a small fishing port and 3 min walk to a large supervised sandy beach. Several restaurants around and a nearby supermarket just next door with bread depot. Suitable for families for a stay by the sea . 2 large free car parks 2 steps away allow easy parking ( even in the middle of summer ). Electric charging stations near the apartment .
