Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Less than 100 m from Plage Peuragot, within the typical village of La Couarde and quiet in a busy alley, our house, with Rhetian charm, is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its heated pool (from April to October) and its relaxation areas, large living room and carefully decorated bedrooms will seduce you without hesitation. Most of the objects have been mailed by us, and gives absolute charm to our pretty "boyfriend's house".
