Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Happy owner of a small house located in the center of the village, I offer for rent my property for lovers of spray and nature. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it will transport you away from the hustle and bustle of the market, yet so close. In addition, the fenced and wooded courtyard will undoubtedly give you the privacy you seek. Designed as a recently renovated cocoon, it accommodates 2 people with all the comforts of a large home.

Very nice new house with all comforts, very bright, quiet, very close to the center (2 min walk from the village square), with garden and enclosed south-facing terrace and patio (deckchairs, garden table, bbq). Living room, equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200) one with a private bathroom. Quality bedding. Easy parking nearby. Beaches accessible by bike paths. Cleaning possible during the stay. Pets not allowed.

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Very relaxing and quiet place surrounded by a large flower garden to indulge in the sweetness of idleness.
