The house is warm and you can meet around the fireplace or visit the surroundings: FECAMP or ETRETAT are 15 minutes away.

"The Royal Pearl" is nestled on the first floor of a 19th century villa, the Royal Tennis, in the heart of Étretat. It offers unobstructed views of the trees and garden (and a small view of the sea!). With an area of 35 m², you have a comfortable bathroom decorated with travertine, a beautiful walk-in shower and a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm). The highlight of the show? A brand new sauna for two people! All 10 minutes walk to the beach and the center of the village.
