La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

You will love the charm and elegance of this magnificent 19th century mansion, enjoying its pretty walled garden, landscaped and shaded by remarkable trees. It is located in the heart of the village of Temple de Bretagne, in a strategic location (20 min from Nantes, 30 min from Saint-Nazaire and the beaches). More than 200 m2 divided between the living rooms on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the 2nd floor.
