New house (2016), with pool. Large terrace with unobstructed view and pool. Located 5 minutes' drive to the village of Gosier, 10 minutes to the beaches of Gosier and 20 minutes to Sainte Anne. You are also close to Basse-Terre. Ideally located to visit Basse-Terre or Grande-Terre as it is away from daily traffic jams!
