The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is directly adjacent to our old house. Amenities: SW terrace with garden access, small sleeping chamber, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-paneled living room in front of panoramic windows, with separate round dining area all in wood. Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.
