Our 3 apartments are located 80 m from the street, on the ground floor, south-facing, 2 of them with a furnished terrace; they are about 34 m² and all as good as new, complete and lovingly equipped. Of course, parking, Wi-Fi is free. To the town center/beginners' ski area 500 m, to the free bus 120 m, to the train station 500 m. Surrounded by meadows, enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. Die Küche und der Wohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen,desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

The central location allows easy excursions to the Tyrolean mountains and the Zugspitze. Personal atmosphere and tranquility complete the stay.

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.

The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitze massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

In summer, our alpacas often graze right next to the garden. Sleeps 8 people. Bed linen and towels included. Pets by arrangement. Plus local tax on site (see below for details).
