Our Villa is situated in Rovereto in Trentino, a short distance from the MART musuem and the historic city center. The harmony of larch wood and and warm colors of the walls establish the character of the ample rooms which also include a mini-kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with shower. The comfortable accommodations and expansive views of the beautiful grounds and the Adige river valley provide autonomy and the independence of a vacation combining nature and cultural activities.

The Gresta Valley, located a few kilometers from Lake Garda, enjoys a mild and pleasant climate thanks to the influence of the lake. It is the ideal place for those who want a relaxing vacation immersed in unspoiled nature. Here you can rediscover the slow rhythm of the seasons, among suggestive views and countryside scents. The valley offers beautiful walks through meadows and cultivated fields, mountain bike routes and hiking trails that wind through the surrounding mountains.

The ZUGNA apartment, with independent access from the ground floor of the private courtyard, is a modern-style loft with underfloor heating and air conditioning. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, a peninsula table with stools, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, a double bedroom completes the apartment, to which there is the possibility of adding an additional bed for a total of 5 people.

We have a dog who usually won't interact with guests but is a great watchdog

Restored and furnished with fine decorations keeping the medieval atmosphere, it is at your disposal for an unforgettable stay. Also described by Goethe: "all alone in the infinite solitude of that corner of the world". The house is located in the historical center a few meters from the castle of Malcesine. All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.
