In a beautiful bright forest between Lüchow and Dannenberg, close to the Elbe, you will find your small refuge overlooking the countryside! Large desk and fiber optic Wi-Fi are perfect for the remote office! We offer a small kitchen, a large rain shower and a shared terrace. Pleasantly warm thanks to underfloor heating and never hot in summer due to good insulation and shady trees!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Vacation home

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Ahorn Cottage - Vacation in the "Herbsthausen" sawmill

Our four one-room apartments Ahorn, Linde, Kastanie and Birke combine historic Herbsthausen charm with ease. All apartments are absolutely different and modernized by us. The Ahron Cottage accommodates two people in the double bed. The apartments are part of "Herbsthausen", an ambitious cultural project in beautiful Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill into a future location for art, industrial culture, living, working, international exchange and recreation.

Here in the Lenzerwische you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have the Elbe right in front of us. In summer, it invites you to swim or fish. In autumn and winter, it sometimes shows its power and lets the water level rise...Wildlife of all kinds are at home here, and a birdlife that will amaze you. Our Elbe Pearl is also so special because the Elbe Cycle Path runs right outside our door.

Hello and welcome to Haus Rosa, our small fine wooden house in Gartow in Wendland. Vacation is one of the most beautiful times of the year and we are very happy that you plan to spend it with us. The Tinyhouse Rosa stands together with its four sister houses on a lovingly designed garden property which may be used by all guests. This house has a sofa bed that can be used by a third person/child if needed.

Centrally located between the biosphere reserve Schaalsee and river landscape Elbe in the southern west of Mecklenburg, it offers families with children, as well as cycling tourists a stylish stay in loving surroundings of species-rich nature.

Relax on the small pony farm

Enjoy a great time on our private farm with our horses/ponies. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with dining table, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
