We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Under the chestnut tree is our romantic detached cottage in picturesque Schellinkhout. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and 2-person bed with a wonderful mattress. In 10 steps, you are on the sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing and (kite)surfing. Walk along the bird breeding area, cycle in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC harbor towns Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Cozy restaurant 100 m away. We arrange breakfast on the 1st day!

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Hanzekop 1 House with a view of the IJsselmeer-NL

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers party takes place on the nearby site, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. It is a unique opportunity to experience these events, but they do cause noise pollution. Those looking for peace and quiet should choose a different period. The Hanzekop team.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious garden and has enough space for 6 people. The house is located on a small holiday park with 18 houses. At 50 meters is a sandy beach and the cozy beach pavilion "Badmeester Keimpe" with a super terrace. The marina and the boat rental are at 100 meters away.

Set in Amsterdam, this Boutique B&B Wharf offers accommodation with free WiFi. There is also a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher. We live in a neighborhood where you can feel the real sentiment of Amsterdam. This part is not much visited (yet) by tourists which will give you an authentic feel. The street parallel to ours is chosen as the most beautiful street of Amsterdam.
