Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

In 10 steps, you are on the sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing and (kite)surfing. Walk along the bird breeding area, cycle in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC harbor towns Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Cozy restaurant 100 m away. We arrange breakfast on the 1st day!

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

We are a family of 4 (girl of 6 and 4 years old) who likes to share their lovely quiet place with other young families and/or couples. The grounds where the chalet is located, the Koggeplaet is a nice and small-scale park whose marina is located directly on the largest lakes of Friesland: the Fluessen and the Heegermeer. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse, there are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy . Beautiful chalet in a spacious place on the beach campsite overlooking the Sneekermeer. The chalet has one bedroom with a double box spring and one bedroom with a bunk bed (80x200 cm). At the chalet, there is a lockable garden shed where you can put the bicycles. There is a women's bike and a men's bike available. In the kitchen is a Senseo. The photo shows a coffee maker.
