The property is a few minutes walk to Blackheath train station , which is 12 mins to London Bridge and 25 mins to Victoria . Full use of 3 bedrooms which includes 1 double room , 1 twin room and 1 single room . Off street parking for 3 cars and a private garden aswell . A couple of minutes stroll to Blackheath village which has many pubs restaurants and shops . A 20 minute walk to Greenwich park or a short bus ride . The house is 2 minutes walk from the train station with frequent trains into central London (10-20 minutes). Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are a short walk. Car parking space is available in the front drive.

Master suite with ensuite bathroom. Main bathroom and also shower room downstairs. Plenty of kitchen area with bar seating and also washing machine in separate annexe area. Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.
