Comfortable family home, all modern conveniences, rear garden. Near O2. Detailed directions from major transport hubs (rail and air) please see the arrival guide for visitors. 3 cats in residence, all friendly. We have an Old English Sheepdog, big, noisy and bouncy, very friendly. House is warm in winter, cool in summer. Guests asked politely to be mindful of current pressure on energy, costs and supply, and be considerate in their usage of shower etc. Toiletries not supplied. Towels are.

Big corner sofa converting into a good size and comfortable king size bed. Stereo system, projector and a remote operated built-in screen Bathroom with shower. Cosy and modern, comfortable for 1-2 people. Grove Park rail station is 7 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus, trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross.

A great base for exploring Central London, as well as neighbouring towns of Blackheath and Greenwich. It is less than a 5min walk to Lee train station (zone 3); it's then a short train ride to Central London (13mins to London Bridge or 26mins to Charing Cross).
