Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. Come stay at our peaceful cozy cabin with a hot tub to recharge and relax. Our cabin is located on a back country road with very little traffic. You have lake frontage just across the road on a 19 acre non motorboat lake. You can kayak, fish or swim here. Our cabin has all the amenities you need including water, electric, grill, outdoor picnic table and fire pit. The cabin is small, cozy and one to remember!!! We have two kayaks, paddle boat and new dock for you to enjoy.

The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

Kitty’s Place is a one room cozy cabin. Here you can relax as a couple of two or with the family. There are four bunk beds with the option of privacy curtains and a queen size pull out couch. On the outside, you can enjoy a hike through the woods, grilling on the deck, or sitting around the fire pit. Another added bonus to the cabin’s location is we are one mile from State Game Lands 140.

The house includes a master suite and 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen / living area. There is a walk out patio, spacious deck area and dock for swimming, canoeing, kayaking or paddleboarding in beautiful Tingley Lake.Continental breakfast (cold and hot cereal and / or pastry with coffee and fruit) is available for stays less than 3 nights.
