Beautiful apartment with balcony facing the sea, located on the dike of Le Portel, on a busy street. You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Very nice studio at the foot of the ramparts, 2 steps from the city center, close to everything. The building is located in a cul-de-sac, well located: once parked in your space (private and secure parking), you can walk along the ramparts, visit the old town, the cathedral, walk through the shopping streets, go to the largest aquarium in Europe, NAUSICAA, or rest on the white sand of Boulogne. Possibility of having a parking space in front of the studio (+€5/day)

Friendly holiday home with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, built-in microwave, filter coffee maker, with nice garden with teepee and small games for children, a beautiful terrace to have your family meals. It is located right next to the beach you can admire the sea from the front door. Close to all amenities, market, beds made before your arrival, towels, tea towels, board games, washer-dryer.
