Unauthorized parties and guests 🚫 Thanks to our rocks in the guest house, the ambient temperature remains pleasant even when it's warmer. Large fully equipped independent studio of 45 m2 with mezzanine and private garden space on large enclosed property. Great for a couple or family with kids. Atypical and green setting close to Villennes train station (line J, direct St Lazare in 22 minutes), or RER A in Poissy and A13&A14-Paris highways 30 minutes away. Parking on the property.

Located in the Hyper Center, my best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from everthing (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .).Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

Great studio refurbished FREE PRIVATE PARKING ON SITE. About 8 minutes from the Palace of Versailles by car and 14 minutes by transport. 2 minutes from the highway a13 and 2 minutes from the large shopping center of Parly 2 (luxury shop, cinema, restaurant, fast food etc...) Located in a very quiet residence come and discover it you will not be disappointed. 10 minutes from Paris by car (Porte de Saint Cloud) Access to public transport in front of the apartment.

Welcome to our cozy home near transport hubs, with a supermarket at your doorstep and near to the Arc de Triomphe, just 12 minutes away by Uber! We take great pride in keeping it perfectly clean while being mindful of the environment. We steer clear of toxic products, even our paint is eco-friendly. Besides, we follow a thorough steaming cleaning procedure between guests. Transportation to Paris: train/tramway (15 minutes walking) & bus (5 minutes walking).
