Designer studio on a one-hectare property

My place is close to the beautiful beach of Grands Sables. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the beauty of the studio and the property. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. It is possible – if requested in advance – for a child to sleep on the sofa bed. 2 bikes are available free of charge during the stay. Nevertheless the island is large and hilly and it is best to have a car, motorcycle or electric bikes!

Enjoy meals on the semi-covered terrace (east/southeast) with a fenced garden, it allows you to take all meals a large part of the year. The studio is in a small collective, access is through an outdoor hall, the terrace is isolated from the neighborhood. The beach (200 m away) is directly accessible via a path. Amenities are a 5-min walk.

You will appreciate this accommodation for its calm, as this pretty little house is protected at the end of an alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( **step ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.
