You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. Only a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Damgan and Sarzeau (Penvins, Suscinio,...) and 20 minutes from the center of Vannes and its port and pedestrian streets.

This place has a decidedly unique style. All linens are provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). You'll find a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a fridge and freezer, an induction hob, a multifunctional oven, a microwave, a TV and of course internet. The gulf is 200 meters away, with its hiking trails.
