Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Apartment (ground floor) with a separate entrance in a typical single-family house of the Bauges mountain range. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a shower and a 160/200 double bed. The apartment is composed of a large room (kitchen, dining room and living room), a toilet, a bathroom and a terrace.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate it for the calm, the view of the mountains and the valley and its outdoor terrace with barbecue. The place is ideal for lovers of cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, swimming and in winter for downhill skiing, hiking or Nordic skiing and snowshoeing...

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
