Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

You'll find plenty to enjoy and take a well-deserved rest. Our accommodation is particularly suitable for a couple with 2 children. The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Charming, comfortable, fully-equipped house in the heart of the Citadelle Vauban with garden (in the shade of the olive tree). Close to the port, shops, cycle paths and La Cible beach. Everything can be done by bike. Particular attention has been paid to decoration. Linen provided. Private parking space. Bike rack in the courtyard.

My accommodation is close to the listed site of the Abbey of Châteliers, 1.5 km from the center of the village of La Flotte and is ideal for couples or small families looking for rest.
