Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

The house is located in a very quiet area, a few steps from the ocean. (500 m) It faces south, south-west, with an unoverlooked terrace, the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike paths are nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can accommodate 5 people, with either an extra baby bed (baby bed) or an extra bed in the living room. Departure cleaning is included in the price.

Stay in our charming old winegrower's house that has retained all its soul. This house is in two parts and you will stay in a totally independent part with the exception of a shared veranda. You will have a separate independent entrance with access through the alley.
