Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. Classified 2 * by the Tourist Office, charming new apartment, very bright and functional, 48 m2, 50 m from the Saint Martin marina. Neat decoration, warm atmosphere, soft and natural colors. Nice view of the ocean. Unique location in the pedestrian street which goes from the marina to the church, near shops, market, restaurants. Everything is done on foot. Bike rental companies 10 meters away. Private bicycle storage room. Wifi Internet.
