Modern air conditioned 43,5 sqm apartment in new tower building next to Matinkylä metro station and Iso Omena shopping mall (2018 shopping mall of the year NCSC). Amazing 16th floor views (14th living floor) from the large fully glazed balcony with seating area. Helsinki city center only a 20 min metro ride away. One bedroom with king size continental bed (180 cm wide) and the living room modular sofa consists of 3 separate 80x200 cm beds with easy opening mechanism.

A well-lit sleeping area features two individual beds, each adorned with patterned bedding. A small desk with two lamps sits between the beds. Natural light filters in through a window, illuminating the soft-toned walls and surrounding greenery.

Enjoy a home-like stay in my beautiful apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a tastefully furnished apartment on Lauttasaari island only 10 minutes away from Helsinki city centre. My apartment is located in a quiet residential area and it is excellent for families with children, couples and singles who need accommodation for shorter or longer stays. Less than 5 minutes by foot to the metro station and to the beach. My apartment has always been pet free.

Your convenient and affordable alternative to a hotel room, equipped with all your basic needs: a private entrance, bathroom with shower, a small fridge, microwave and a coffee-maker. The tram stop is right in front of the building, metro and other transportation just a few minutes walk away, close to the port for ferries to Tallin. This is a place for quiet rest and relaxation.
