Bright and homely apartment in Ry, near forest and water

It's easy to access everything from this centrally located home. The spacious living room and kitchen are connected, and the light falls in from two sides. Life in the city and in the square can be followed from the windows of the living room. If you light up the wood-burning stove in the evening, there is max. hygge. The two bedrooms are also spacious, and accessed from the distribution hallway. From here it is also access to the bathroom. The hallway is separated by a 'New Yorker' glass wall with a sliding door. The backyard is cozy and shared with the others in the property.

Basement apartment with lake view.

A truly unique unique view over the sky mountain lake Christmas lake, against the backdrop of the most beautiful hilly landscape. From the apartment's own tarasse you can follow the life of the lake in a multitude of different birds, and everything from kayaks to regular boats. Most beautiful hikes, MTB tracks, fishing water, etc. From the cozy mountain town of Laven, the train runs in a short time to Ry, Silkeborg, Sejs, Aarhus , the station is only 400m from the apartment. There is no internal staircase between the floors, and there is a private entrance to the apartment.

Relax in this unique and lovely home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs looking out over Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in warm water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning stroll and meet the fish heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood-burning stove on. Read a book in the double bed looking out over the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Only your imagination sets the boundaries of this lovely place!

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our 1870s property, and was originally an old stable that we have lovingly refurbished over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. Here is high to heaven, and if you want, our dog, Aggie, will be very happy to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and roosters are also very curious. We're excited to accommodate you 🤗

Small cozy apartment with private entrance located on the ground floor of a nice cottage in the 1st row to Mossø. There is a bike path all the way to Silkeborg. Transportation time from Sorring is just a 15-30 minute drive to Silkeborg, Skanderborg and Aarhus, respectively. Sorring is a 5-10 minute drive from Aarhus-Herning highway. Shopping is a 5-10 minute walk to shopping.

So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Lovely apartment in rural surroundings, located in the lake highlands, in the middle of Aarhus and Silkeborg. From the apartment there is a great view to the south and west. It is possible to use our fire pit, firewood is included. There is a private terrace with morning sun. We have a large herb garden , so during the season there is a possibility to get fresh vegetables. On the farm there are horses, cows, chickens and turkeys.
