Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

But, forget the car! the beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away, and shops are 300 m away. A coastal trail leads to other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Furnished kitchen (Four-MO-LV-Phooking-clean-cleaner), washer-dryer-TV-box.

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

The living room overlooking the terrace offers a 180° view of the entire harbour of Lorient and the island of Groix . A coastal course starts from the bottom of the residence for about 20 km . You are in the area, I will be delighted to welcome you in a refined and warm atmosphere.
