Located just 15 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, in the pretty wine village of Mirefleurs, our house offers a magnificent view of the Chaîne des Puys. Dominated by Puy St Romain, the villa is the starting point for many hiking trails. Equipped with a swimming pool, its cozy exterior will allow you to enjoy a chill out area.

The Charade Castle

Welcome to the Château de Charade, a green setting ideally located in the UNESCO perimeter Chaîne des Puys-Faille de Limagne, 15 minutes from the center of Clermont-Ferrand. This 19th century castle, set in a 5000 m2 wooded park with a multisport field (tennis, volleyball, badminton, basketball and handball/football), partly inhabited by the owners, offers a high-end independent space of 320 m2 to accommodate families, friends or seminars, a bucolic atmosphere where life is good.

In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Park, our 24 m² apartment is ready to welcome you. The latter is located thirty minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand, right next to the village of Vic le Comte (Small city of character). You will find some of the most beautiful villages in France such as Montpeyroux, Usson, Saint-Floret, Saint-Saturnin, 20 min by car. For ski lovers, you can go to the slopes of Super-Besse, which are about forty minutes away.

This rental is located 10 minutes by car from the A71 - A75 motorway (direction Montpellier / Paris), 15 minutes from the A89 motorway (Bordeaux / Lyon) and 20 minutes from the city center of Clermont-Ferrand.

Wood is omnipresent with a warm decor and unique creations in solid oak. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine (not suitable for young children).

We will be happy to host you in our 43 m2 cottage, with private terrace, located in an authentic village in the heart of Auvergne. It is functional and composed of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a large bedroom with a small sitting area (convertible sofa 140 cm x 190 cm). The accommodation is adjacent to our family home but it has independent and autonomous access.
