Cozy two-room apartment close to Iisalmi's services. Train station 500m, indoor swimming pool on the other side of the road, market square 1km. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and the living room has a 140 cm sofa with a mattress topper. The apartment has a carport with a heating pole. Apartment on 3rd floor (no elevator). Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price of the accommodation. The apartment is sometimes for my own use. In the apartment you have a 140 cm double bed, dining table, dressing room with laundry facilities, toilet, fridge, microwave and kettle. The property also has a carport with the possibility of charging an electric car (at an additional cost). The apartment is located in the yard of a single-family house, in a separate building. Good outdoor terrain for hiking and disc golf, among other things. Sheets and towels are included, as well as a hot tub and sauna.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

A handy little studio in our single-family house with a garage. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, kitchenette refrigerator, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180cm wide. Ground couch bed 80cm or 160cm spread out. Air source heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bedding and towels. There are blankets and pillows. If you don't have sheets, you can get it by asking for a loan. 5€/person. Parking space is in our yard, local buses about every 30 minutes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, where family pets are also welcome. The yard is fenced around the lake. Kesäranna has a separate sauna building with a wood-burning stove, a sauna room and a burning toilet. From the beginning of May to the beginning of autumn, a hot tub/whirlpool with its own sauna is available for €150.
