The view from the main terrace is exceptional and will take your breath away. On 100 m2 with two bed rooms, living room, fully equipted kitchen, two terrace, big bath room, free street parking , and a big mediteranean garden you will find the write place for your vacation. Apartment K&L 1 can accomodate up to 6 persons. It is located in the center of Dubrovnik, shops, market, supermarket, coffee bars, restaurant, local bus stop are very close to the apartment. It is only 15 minutes by foot to Old Town, or one bus stop. There are no stairs from main street to apartment, only one stair is on entrance in apartment. It is uncommon to find apartment with garden in the center of Dubrovnik. Around garden there is 2 meteres high concrete wall and you have good privacy.

Sunset beach is in 5 minutes, as well are bakery, post office, bank, grocery stores, restaurants and bus stop for Old town just across the street. We have 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, easily fit 8 peope.
