The house consists of a living room (sofa bed 2 pers), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, plates), bathroom, separate toilet, terrace with table, sun loungers, pets allowed. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
