In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

Aloa your holiday tires, it's best to read the whole text! The one-room apartment is 55 sqm and can accommodate 2 adults. Besides, it's my small, private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From a fully automatic coffee machine to a Wii U, everything is there. Those who want to unlock more levels are welcome.;-)

From Heimathafen, you can easily reach the beach and the harbor of Dornumersiel or the "Dornumersieler Tief" in just 20 minutes on foot, where you can example, you can ride a pedal boat. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for cycling tours.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
