"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Coronavirus info: The apartment is Corona-safe through a separate entrance The apartment is in the Nahe Valley on the outskirts of the village directly at our Avarella stud farm above our veterinary practice. It is modern, cozy and offers a great view of our valley with the pastures. To the front, a small balcony invites you to relax, facing the Nahe Valley. There are two spacious bedrooms with large closets for plenty of storage space. The dining room is furnished for 6 people.

Lovely and modern wine-enjoyment apartment

Visit our quiet and stylishly furnished apartment in Meddersheim in the middle of the Nahe wine region. For 2 to 4 people, we would like to offer you a special experience on our spacious grounds. Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Relax and/or be active in the vast and untouched landscape of the Soonwald. Ideal starting point for hikes, holidays with dogs, biking, exploring wild valleys, discovering dream paths, visiting castles and mines, hiking meadows and forests, enjoying nature, finding peace.... Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a small fee. A rich and regional breakfast can be reserved before arrival. Also vegetarian. Shopping is a 10-minute drive away.

Rustic retreat in the wine region - your cozy retreat Welcome to our charming apartment, ideal for relaxing breaks! Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the fireplace or in the "home theater." The rustic atmosphere and the picturesque wine region create a unique experience. A special feature of our newly renovated apartment is the small Frankfurt bathroom (shower height = 2.10 m). Relax and enjoy your stay!

Farmhouse for 2 people

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.

Modern furnished apartment for up to 4 people. One double bedroom. A baby crib is available on request. Separate living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Linens and towels are available in sufficient quantity. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers dishes for six people. A dishwasher is not integrated. - Non-smoking apartment - No pets allowed

Vacation home "Kunrads"

Our apartment in the idyllic wine village of Kirschroth is located in an old sandstone building from 1886. It consists of a spacious living/dining room, a bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, a kitchen and a bathroom on about 70 m². This makes it ideal for a couple's getaway and the perfect starting point for your vacation.

Country Happiness

The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2021 and has 110m² (at full occupancy), with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, spacious living area and a hallway. The apartment is located in a beautiful old farmhouse with an inner courtyard. A special feature is the free WLAN with a maximum speed of 1000 Mbit/s.
