In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Our Forest Retreat is the perfect place to live out your cowboy fantasies and experience the Wild West in the heart of the Dutch woods with a great fireplace outside to roast your marshmallows.

This uniquely located 5-person forest cottage is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The cottage is free-standing in the woods, not located in a park. The cozy and comfortable living room has recently been modernized. The cottage is equipped with central heating and there is a Digitenne TV. Upon arrival, the beds are made, but you must bring your own towels. There is no WiFi, so don't forget to bring a good book to relax offline. Final cleaning is included.

This very recently renovated recreational home is located in the middle of the woods in Norg, close to the cities of Groningen and Assen, but also close to the tourist villages of Norg and Roden. This location is the ideal base for hiking or cycling in the head of Drenthe or towards Appelscha. You can park your car under the carport, and the bicycles you bring with you can be placed in a lockable shed. This is the ideal place to relax and enjoy nature.
