Dream Beach House 300m from Ocean

Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.

An outdoor terrace is equipped with a wooden table and two folding chairs. Two lounge chairs are positioned for relaxation. A surfboard is mounted on the wall beside a decorative plant in a pot. Surrounding greenery provides a natural feel.

Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Very nice neighborhood for jogging or cycling with the family. Picnic possible on the lake. Various water activities possible, paddle boarding, pedal boating, fishing,... Tennis court 3 minutes by car. Equestrian center very close, as well to prestigious golf courses... Close to all shops 5 min drive...
