All you have to do is put your bags down in this tastefully renovated, air-conditioned place. The maisonette is 200 meters from the center of Bénesse Maremne. All amenities are within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket... A bike path connects Bénesse-maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Feel free to take your bikes to crisscross the area.

The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it.
