The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Our Wellness B&B is a luxury studio. The luxury studio is a spacious room of two floors, with a private infrared sauna and a very luxurious private bathroom. Here you will enjoy a characteristic atmosphere in a wooded and cultural environment. Upon arrival, a delicious welcome drink will of course be waiting for you. In our B&B you have your own infrared sauna at your disposal. This sauna offers infrared as well as aromatherapy and color therapy. A breakfast can be reserved € 12,50 p.p.p.d.

We are Hans & Eric. The B&B suite is located in our house on the ground floor (see photos), surrounded by forests with fantastic views! Our wellness facility includes a heated (mid-May to mid-Sept depending on outside temperature) swimming pool and jacuzzi with panoramic views. Located on the ground floor of a master house from the early 20th century, GARDEN SIDE, the bedroom "La Colline ardente" is quiet, spacious and bright. It has retained the soul and charm of that time. Located a stone's throw from the train station (Saint-Lambert) in a green neighborhood, halfway between the historic center and the Parc de la Citadelle (Coteaux), it is the ideal starting point to walk or bike around the Cité Ardente.
