We are within minutes of the beautiful coastline and are just 50 minutes south of Edinburgh city. With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

The apartment is on the first floor so there are steps to access, there is a lovely bathroom with shower, double bedroom, quaint and well furnished living area and kitchen equipped with all the cooking essentials. This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and beautiful St. Abbs nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals.

The Loovre is a Grade II listed unique tiny home. Formerly an icecream parlour, and until the 1950's a Victorian Ladies Loo! Enjoy beautiful internal timber work and finishes, a light filled space, a private courtyard to the rear with a raised seating area to enjoy to view over the walls and fields beyond.
