This upside down house has one bedroom on the main level along with a full bath and open kitchen, dining, and family room. The downstairs has another living space, two bedrooms, laundry room, and full bath. Enjoy family time in the open upstairs with water views, or retreat to the lower level living room for some separation, quiet time, or work space.

This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.
