It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

We are the perfect central location for visiting Southern California. We are just 5 min from downtown San Juan Capistrano and The San Juan Mission, 10min to the Dana Point Harbor and beach, 30min from Disneyland, 45min to San Diego, 20min from Laguna Beach and 30min from John Wayne Airport.
