Backyard Paradise! Studio Guesthouse with Patio

Right outside Baldwin Park, a backyard paradise! This studio has a comfortable 14" memory foam mattress, an oversized bathroom with rain shower & separated vanity area +a huge walk-in closet with full length mirror. There is also a 43" smart TV & a kitchenette for all your light cooking needs! There is also patio seating outside the front door that you can enjoy outside, or talk a short walk to Baldwin Park for food, exercise, & fun! Sunset views from the house or Baldwin Lake are beautiful.

It sits behind the owner's main house in the back of the lot; privacy is not an issue. The cottage is loaded with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We are close to highways to visit Universal, Disney World, Sea World any more attractions in central Florida. In addition, Uber is a very good option for transportation.
