This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Original style unique circa 1972 Port-A-Lodge on Lake Mathis. Recently renovated. Enjoy fishing/swimming by boat! Lake levels fluctuate. Lake levels are medium now. Huge covered deck with lots of seating and outdoor charcoal grill. Decorated with modern art touches and safari themed. This cozy but comfortable double "igloo" with Queen size bed, renovated walk-in shower, new flooring, and kitchen amenities. Perfect for weekend getaway, longer stays available. Boat trailer parking. Fun family memories will be made here. My comfortable,updated lakefront house offers beautiful views of Lake Corpus Christi in a quiet lakeside community. It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).
