'IM PFERDESTALL' Tür an Tür mit Huhn und Pferd

'IM PFERDESTALL' befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Scheune des Mühlenanwesens. Früher war es mal ein Stall.(Schau dir auch mein anderes Apartment 'Scheunen-Loft' an.) Der Raum hat niedrige Decken und kleine Sprossenfenster. Der Raum ist für Menschen geeignet, die einen mehr höhlenartigen, gemütlichen Rückzugsort suchen. Durch den Ofen und den kalten Boden, ist die Wohnung für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. In der kalten Jahreszeit, ist es vielleicht nötig mit dem Ofen zuzuheizen. Siehe unten.

Ich biete eine schöne, gemütlich ausgestattete und ruhig gelegene Einliegerwohnung zur Miete an. Sie ist mit Rolläden, Teppichboden und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. 2 Einzelbetten und eine sehr bequeme Schlafcouch für 2 Personen dienen als Schlafstätte. Ein Tisch und 4 Stühle bilden das Zentrum für eine gemütliche Runde. In der Mini-Küche stehen Spüle, 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Dunstabzug und vieles weitere zur Verfügung. Im Bad gibts Dusche, WC und Waschtrockner.

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage im alten Ortskern der Gemeinde Greifenstein-Ulm am Fuße des Westerwaldes. Hier können Sie ankommen, in lockerer Atmosphäre entspannen, sich wohlfühlen und sich zur Not in der 80m² großen Wohnung auch aus dem Weg gehen ;-) Unsere Gänse können auf einer separaten Weide beobachtet werden, was vor allem Kindern viel Spaß macht. Im Winter haben Sie die Möglichkeit gemütliche Abende bei wohliger Ofenwärme zu verbringen. Holz muss nicht mitgebracht werden ;-)

Lehne Dich zurück & entspanne... Unser Einraumappartement wurde nur mit natürlichen Baustoffen erstellt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail habe ich hier Naturschiefer & Eichenholz verarbeitet. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Nestled in the romantic Lahn-Dill mountains, it is an ideal starting point for hikes and picnics in the mountains. Cyclists and motorcyclists also feel right at home here. Marburg and Frankfurt are within easy reach and invite you to visit them, as well as the natural outdoor pool in town or the thermal baths in nearby Bad Endbach.
