Casa Bianca is just steps from shopping, bars, and restaurants, and a short drive from beaches, mountains, olive groves and wineries.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

The entrance features large glass panels with the name "CASAPENSIERO" prominently displayed. A spacious outdoor terrace is visible, surrounded by greenery and trees, providing a serene view. Subtle reflections of the surrounding nature can be seen in the glass surface.

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

A dining table is set with blue glassware and plates, accompanied by a bottle. The setting is enhanced by elegant curtains and a view of a terrace overlooking the sea, where outdoor furniture is visible against a cloudy sky.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

The exterior of the apartment features a wooden balcony with outdoor seating and an umbrella. A terraced area with potted flowers and stone paths is visible. "Baita la Loggia" is a lovely apartment, located in the green of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, 3 km from Farindola.
